Our Surgery Department is available for you to answer any questions you have about your upcoming surgery. They will walk you through the process starting from filling out your consent forms, sending your information to the surgery center and to the day of surgery. If you have any questions regarding your upcoming surgery, you can contact them directly at .

Our surgeons operate at two facilities, Carondelet Foothills Surgery Center and Camp Lowell Surgery Center. The surgery center will give you a call approximately one week prior to your surgery to go over your medical history and insurance information. In order to ensure the surgery center, receive all your information, please see below the documents named One Medical Passport. Please follow the instructions on this page and this will help the surgery center obtain all vital information to make sure your surgery goes as smooth as possible.

Basic surgery instructions

1. No eating 8 hours prior to your surgery and no drinking liquid 4 hours prior.
2. No medications the day of surgery, except if you take blood pressure medications.
3. Please make sure someone accompanies you to your procedure. You can take a taxi if you have someone who will assist you. Some procedures require sedation, and this is a requirement in order to proceed with surgery the day of.
